It has no access to how your team actually works, what the role became after the description was written, or the things that really decide whether someone is right for a job. It can miss relevant experience, and it can overstate a match. Treat it as a faster first read than a résumé, not as a screening decision — and if it says something surprising in either direction, ask me directly.
