The short case: nineteen years running planning and forecasting platforms at eBay, Adobe, Sonder, and Intel Security — expense planning covering $10B+ in annual spend, a finance-systems function founded from scratch and carried through IPO readiness, planning stacks serving 150+ FP&A users, teams of model builders led and mentored. Right now I’m at Gusto on contract, driving an FP&A transformation and a migration to Pigment.
